Choosing a profession for your Survival Hunter can impact your raid performance. As a rule, you should shy away from gathering professions (with the exception of Herbalism), which leaves the following viable professions for raiding:

Blacksmithing Provides a 320 Agility gain through two extra sockets, Socket Bracer Icon Socket Bracer and Socket Gloves Icon Socket Gloves, in which you can fit 2 Delicate Primordial Ruby Icon Delicate Primordial Ruby.
Jewelcrafting Provides a 320 Agility gain through the ability of using 2 Delicate Serpent's Eye Icon Delicate Serpent's Eye.
Alchemy Provides an 320 Agility gain to your flask through Mixology Icon Mixology.
Enchanting Provides a 320 Agility gain through Enchant Ring - Greater Agility Icon Enchant Ring - Greater Agility.
Engineering Provides +1,920 Agility for 10 seconds every minute through Synapse Springs Icon Synapse Springs (the overall gain is +320 Agility). Engineering also provides a belt addon called Frag Belt Icon Frag Belt, which you can use every minute (off the global cooldown) for additional damage.
Inscription Provides a 320 Agility gain through Secret Tiger Claw Inscription Icon Secret Tiger Claw Inscription.
Leatherworking Provides a 320 Agility gain through Fur Lining - Agility Icon Fur Lining - Agility. Also provides Primal Leg Reinforcements Icon Primal Leg Reinforcements, a much cheaper equivalent to Shadowleather Leg Armor Icon Shadowleather Leg Armor, the traditional leg enchant.

Herbalism Provides a 480 Haste Rating gain in average through Lifeblood Icon Lifeblood.

All professions granting an Agility gain are roughly equivalent, with Engineering pulling slightly ahead.
