Amara (Siren) Spiritual Driver Movement Speed BiS Gear and Stat Priorities
Welcome to the gear page of our Amara Elemental Fist Over Matter build, where you will find the best-in-slot gear for that build and the stat priority you need to follow for each slot.
Structure of This Guide
This Amara Spiritual Driver Movement Speed build guide is split in 3 different pages. The other 2 pages are the build overview and the skills, which you can access by clicking the buttons below.
Best-in-slot Gear
When using this build, you will be travelling at high speeds in order to maximise the damage you deal from Spiritual Driver. It is therefore important to equip yourself with weapons that can be used and aimed effectively while moving.
The first, and most important, gun to look for in this build is a Cutsman with Incendiary, Corrosive, or Shock Element. The large projectiles from this weapon rarely miss and will do massive damage to bosses. Picking up multiple copies of the gun to cover the 3 aforementioned elements can be highly beneficial.
The second gun you should look for in this build is a copy of Projectile Recursion. As with most Amara builds, this gun can make quick work of groups of enemies when paired with the Indiscriminate skill. This gun is the main reason you make opt to use your Action Skill on an enemy, to maximise the chance that your projectile will ricochet.
For your third and fourth gun slots you can can equip yourself with Cutsman with different elements. Alternatively, as with most Amara builds, you can also equip yourself with some of the many powerful SMG options available that can still be used effectively while moving at great speed. The best option for this is Night Hawkin and Kyb's Worth. If you do not have access to these weapons, Westergun and Crossroad are also strong choices. You should only pick up copies of these guns in Corrosive, Shock, or Incendiary Elements in order to benefit from the damage bonus of the Elemental Projector Artifact.
For your Class Mod, you should pick up a copy of Spiritual Driver. As this build functions entirely around this Class Mod, it is not playable without it. On your Spiritual Driver, you should aim to have +3 skill points into Mindfulness and the best passive weapon damage buffs you can get.
For your Artifact, you should priorities the Elemental Projector Secondary Artifact Effect. This alone will boost your damage by 90% if your gun has the same Element as your Action Skill. You should look to pair with a Victory Rush or Otto Idol Primary Artifact.
Due to the constant damage you will be taking from your Spiritual Driver Class Mod, you will be almost never be able to regenerate your Shield. This makes Rough Rider a great Shield choice that provides you with both damage reduction and maximum health to synergise with your healing from Sustainment. Alternatively, you can also use the Band of Sitorak shield if you wish to stack more damage. As the shield will almost always be depleted, you will constantly have access to its bonus weapon damage and your Spiritual Driver will also benefit from its bonus movement speed.
Grenade Mods in this build are not impactful and you will be mostly picking grenades based on anointments (explained below). However, you should try to pick up a grenade that has no risk of self-damage, such as Hex or Tran-fusion.
Anointed Rolls
Anointed rolls are special additional effects that can appear on weapons and shields at higher levels. The special effects relate to the use of action skills and provide powerful temporary buffs.
As using your Action Skill frequently is a core part of this build, anointed rolls are a very powerful addition. On your weapons, you should look to pick up generic On Action Skill End anointments, such as 'On Action Skill End, Weapon Damage is increased by 100% for a short time', 'On Action Skill End, Deal 125% more Weapon Damage to Badass, Named, and Boss enemies for a short time', and 'On Action Skill End, the next 2 magazines will have 50% additional bonus Element damage'.
On your Grenade you should look for the 'On Action Skill End, gain 50% bonus Element Damage with Weapons for 10 seconds.' This very strong anointment is a significantly higher priority than the Grenade itself.
On your Shield you should also look to pick up the 'On Action Skill End, gain 50% bonus Element Damage with Weapons for 10 seconds.' anointment. However, this effect does not stack with two of the same Element. Therefore, you should ensure the anointment is a different Element to the one on your Grenade.
