Phase 4 Content Overview

  • Three New Dungeons — Adventure through these three new level 85 heroic dungeons, meant to lead the players story straight into Dragon Soul;
  • Dragon Soul — New raid, featuring tier-13 gear, 8 new encounters, and a chance to bring an end to Deathwing himself;
  • Alizabal — a new Baradin Hold boss that drops ilvl-397 tier-13 gear, as well as Season 11 PvP gear;
  • Fangs of the Father Icon Fangs of the Father — new legendary dagger set made specifically for RogueRogues;

New Dungeons

New Dungeons

With this Phase comes 3 new dungeons, which must be completed in order to unlock the next dungeon in line. These dungeons also serve the purpose of introducing more of the story of Deathwing, Thrall, and the other Dragon Aspects plans to stop Deathwing before he can destroy all of Azeroth.

New Raid: Dragon Soul

Dragon Soul

The main and final raid of Phase 4 Cataclysm is Dragon Soul, where adventures will need to brave the horrors of the twisted and corrupted dragon aspects as the heroes of Azeroth attempt the stop Deathwing sundering the world in two with a might Cataclysm at the heart of the world.

New Baradin Hold Boss

Baradin Hold

With Phase Four of Cataclysm comes the addition of Alizabal to Baradin Hold, allowing players an additional way to quickly gain tier-set gear and get into raids easier.

Protocol Twilight Dungeons

Protocol Twilight Dungeons

Similar to Inferno Rune Dungeons, Protocol Twilight Dungeons are an additional way to gear up fresh characters through a new, increased dungeon difficulty. Blizzard has use this as a means to keep the Dragon Soul Looking For Raid loot in the game for players to obtain as a catch-up mechanic.
