Starting the Dragonwrath Quest Chain
The quest chain for Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest can be started in one of two ways. If your character has all three of the following achievements: Blackwing Descent, The Bastion of Twilight, and Throne of the Four Winds, then you can grab A Legendary Engagement from MISSING in Stormwind, or A Legendary Engagement from MISSING in Orgrimmar.
If you do not have the 3 achievements above, or simply head into the Firelands raid right away, you can begin this quest chain by killing your first MISSING trash mob inside the Firelands. Upon the MISSINGs death, you will get the quest Your Time Has Come / Your Time Has Come, which acts as a simple breadcrumb quest to start your journey towards obtaining Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest.
