Throne of the Four Winds has items that drop with random affixes, making them harder to obtain than the gear shown above. If you are able to get these items, you will want to wear them as your best in slot instead:

• Planetary Amulet of the Undertow — This is better than Wyrmbreaker's Amulet if you are able to get it to drop.
• Planetary Drape of the Undertow — Has the same stats as Drape of the Twins, allowing you to use whichever drops first.
• Soul Breath Belt of the Undertow — This is better than X-Tron Duct Tape if you get lucky and it drops.
• Planetary Band of the Undertow — Replace this with whichever ring you don't have, ideally Signet of the Fifth Circle.

The gear-set below focuses on a "realistic" best in slot list, aiming for gear that will be easy to obtain for a healer. The 4-set bonus is about equal to the value you would gain from wearing better stated gear, meaning it is better for you to pass on as many tokens as you can this phase; if you are able to manage your mana well (and have quick kill times), you can even avoid the 2-set to save your guild even more Conqueror tokens. If you are able to get highly contested caster loot, we suggest using the items shown here instead:

• Crown of the Twilight Queen is a great alternative to Flickering Cowl of the Fireflash if you can't get yours to drop, and it can be bought with Fissure Stone Fragments!
• Flowform Choker ‒ true BiS, but heavily contested.
• Robes of Smoldering Devastation is a decent alternative if Conqueror chest tokens are sparse.
• Wristwraps of Arrogant Doom ‒ true BiS, but heavily contested.
• Majordomo's Chain of Office ‒ true BiS, but heavily contested.
• Coalwalker Sandals ‒ true BiS, but heavily contested.
• Crystal Prison Band ‒ replacing Soothing Brimstone Circle is true BiS, but heavily contested.
