Cataclysm Classic Feral Druid DPS Enchants and Consumables

While it is easy to understand which Enchants, Gems, and Consumables you should use in Cataclysm, they also have an outsized impact on your performance, especially when doing hard content such as Heroic Raiding.

Below is a list of the optimal consumables and enchants to help you get the most out of your Feral DPS.

As a Feral DPS, gemming is also very straightforward due to Agility having massive DPS value and all other stats having similar DPS value.

Thus, Agile Shadowspirit Diamond is the best meta gem and only requires 3 red gems, which is perfect as you will want to stack only Delicate Inferno Ruby unless the socket bonus has 20 or more Agility and a single non-red socket, in which case you should follow the color requirements, usually with Glinting Demonseye for blue sockets or Adept Ember Topaz for yellow sockets.

Finally, remember to use an Ebonsteel Belt Buckle to unlock an extra gem slot on your belt.

Skewered Eel is the best food available for Feral DPS.

As a Feral DPS, you will use Flask of the Winds for more Agility.

Use Potion of the Tol'vir to increase your burst DPS during Berserk and Bloodlust / Heroism. You can also use Mythical Healing Potions to self-heal in emergencies.

If healers are not available, consider using Dense Embersilk Bandage for even more emergency healing.

Leatherworkers can also use Greater Drums of Speed for an increase in group movement speed.
