Poison Necromancer Build BiS Gear and Runes for Diablo 2 Resurrected

This is a standard high Damage build for the Poison Necromancer.

• Note: Trang-Oul's 3-piece Set bonus provides -25% Poison Resistance, which is very strong. Only use the gloves alone or all 3 pieces together, not just 2.
• Weapon: Death's Web socketed with a Poison Rainbow Facet
• Weapon Swap: Call to Arms and Sigon's Guard or Lidless Wall (unless have 156 Strength for Spirit)
• Shield: Trang-Oul's Wing or Homunculus socketed with a Poison Rainbow Facet
• Body Armor: Bramble for Damage or Enigma for speed
• Helm: Harlequin Crest socketed with a Poison Rainbow Facet
• Gloves: Trang-Oul's Clawss
• Boots: Ethereal Sandstorm Treks
• Belt: Trang-Oul's Girth or Arachnid Mesh
• Ring 1: The Stone of Jordan or Bul-Kathos' Wedding Band
• Ring 2: The Stone of Jordan or Bul-Kathos' Wedding Band

• Boots: War Traveler
• Belt: Trang-Oul's Girth or Arachnid Mesh
• Ring 1: Nagelring
• Ring 2: Nagelring or Rare ring with +10% Faster Cast Rate to hit the following Cast Rate breakpoint, as needed
• Amulet: Mara's Kaleidoscope
• Charm 1: Necromancer Hellfire Torch
• Charm 2: Annihilus
• Charm 3: Gheed's Fortune
• Charm 4: If you feel like you need more damage, add in Poison and Bone Skiller Grand Charms

• Ring 2: Rare ring with +10% Faster Cast Rate, Life, Resistances, and relevant stats or Nagelring
• Amulet: The Eye of Etlich or amulet with +3 to Poison and Bone skills and +10% Faster Cast Rate
• Charm 1: Any Hellfire Torch for stats, even if it is not Necromancer-specific

• Charm 4: Any Charm with Life, Resistances, Mana, Strength, or Faster Hit Recovery, depending on needs
• Charm 5: 1x Poison Sunder Charm

You can either hire a Defensive (Holy Freeze) or Offensive (Might) Desert Guard Mercenary in Act 2, Nightmare difficulty, depending on whether you want to slow monsters for added safety or improve the overall damage of your Mercenary. Note that Holy Freeze may shatter monsters on death, thus reducing the number of corpses available to you. As such, Might Desert Guards are typically preferred.

This is one of the best Mercenary gear setups across many characters, including the Poisonmancer.

• Body Armor: Ethereal Fortitude
• Helm: Andariel's Visage socketed with a Ral Rune

This is a cheap gear set to get your Mercenary some easy Damage and Survivability.
