Uliana's Stratagem Set

The following is a list of all pieces of the Uliana's Strategem set, along with a sample list of desirable rolls for the respective item. • Helm: Uliana's Spirit — Desirable stats: Dexterity, Socket, Crit Chance, Skill Damage
• Shoulders: Uliana's Strength — Desirable stats: Dexterity, Cooldown Reduction, Area Damage, Resource Cost Reduction
• Gloves: Uliana's Fury — Desirable stats: Dexterity, Crit Chance, Crit Damage, Cooldown Reduction
• Chest: Uliana's Heart — Desirable stats: Dexterity, Vitality, 3 Sockets, Elite Damage Reduction and Secondary Resist

The Uliana's Strategem is very fixed in its purpose and application, but allows for a spectacular and visually satisfying playstyle. It basically plays out on a rotation of triple generator attack (activating the Mythic Rhythm passie) — Seven-Sided Strike rotation, with the generators applying Exploding Palm after the third attack, and Seven-Sided Strike — detonating it with the 6-piece set bonus. The set also has an inseparable synergy with Gungdo Gear and the weapon combo of The Fist of Az'Turrasq and Lion's Claw, making it one of the most rigid (but fun) playstyles of Diablo 3.

• 2-piece bonus
  • Every third hit of your Spirit Generators applies Exploding Palm.
• 4-piece bonus
  • Your Seven-Sided Strike deals 777% its total damage with each hit.
• 6-piece bonus
  • Increase the damage of your Exploding Palm by 9000% and your Seven-Sided Strike detonates your Exploding Palm.

The 2-piece set bonus of Uliana makes so that every third attack of your Spirit generators applies Exploding Palm.

The 4-piece set bonus is rather cosmetic with respect to the endgame, as it increases the damage of your Seven-Sided Strike; said skill however is simply the means to detonate Exploding Palm, and cannot be considered a serious part of your DPS past the earliest stages of character progression.

The 6-piece set bonus greatly increases the damage of Exploding Palm and makes so that Seven-Sided Strike detonates applied Exploding Palms, resulting in the signature playstyle of Uliana builds.
