Quick Reference Campaign Leveling Guide Act 6 and Epilogue

1. Guide Format

This guide has been organized by the main quest acts that players can choose from in Diablo 4, so that it is easy to follow the optimal path for leveling, and questing.

2. Act 6 Guide

For the second part of Act 6, it is recommended to be between Level 40-45 in order to have the best experience.

Evil Stirs in Kehjistan

1. Head to Tarsarak on the western side of the Sanctuary map.
2. Enter the Parched Wanderer Inn.
3. Speak with Neyrelle.

The Jewel of the East

4. Head west to the Caldeum Bazaar, unlock the Denshar Waypoint on the way.
5. Speak with Donan.

The Search for Lilith Begins

6. Reach the search circle, and a marker will appear on the gate in front of you.
7. Interact with the Heavy Gate.
8. Speak with Lorath.
9. Continue along the path and open the alley gate in front of you.
10. Defeat the enemies around Prava and speak with her.

The Scouring of Caldeum

11. Speak with Prava again.
12. Escort the Knights and Prava through Caldeum.
13. When you reach the first corner, head to the rooftops to clear the way.
14. Climb to the left and cross with the rope to kill the enemies on the opposite side.
15. Take another rope back to the other side and kill Uznu the Annihilator.
16. Once defeated, collect the rewards and head down the stairs and ladders.
17. Speak with Lorath.
18. Climb the ladder behind Lorath and open the gate for the others.

The Walls Shake

19. Head backward from the gate winch towards the destination.
20. Continue until you reach the Foul Cistern, where you’ll face the boss Duriel, Lord of Pain.
21. Be cautious of the eggs surrounding the arena, as they will hatch if hit.
22. Watch out for Duriel’s pincer attacks and fire-spitting abilities.
23. Once Duriel is defeated, collect the items and continue on the path.

Turning the Tide

24. Head out from the boss arena to the right and up to enter the Imperial Palace.
25. Follow Neyrelle.
26. Speak with Lorath.
27. Prepare to enter the Gates of Hell.
28. Interact with the blood petals in front of the gate before entering it.
29. Speak with Neyrelle.
30. Unlock the Imperial Library Waypoint.
31. Once ready, go through the gate.

Essence of Hatred

32. Fight your way through the masses of enemies in Hell.
33. Reach the Burning Overpass.
34. Speak with Prava.
35. Take back the Soulstone.

In Desolation’s Wake

36. Speak with Donan.
37. Continue until you get ambushed.
38. When your allies are under a protective bubble, climb the wall next to it to reach the upper level.
39. Kill Ninsa Blight of Hatred.
40. After the fight, follow the group up to a wall of fire.
41. Move through the first one, then speak with Lorath in front of the second one.
42. Defeat Karum, Hound of Hatred.
43. After Karum is dead, continue the path until Ninsa returns for the final fight.
44. Speak with Lorath.
45. Defeat Ashava the Pestilent.
46. Claim your rewards.

Light Extinguished

47. Speak with Lorath.
48. Continue through the Doorway into the Molted Span.
49. Interact with the blood petals.
50. Speak with Neyrelle.
51. Follow Lorath.
52. Defeat the corpses and pillars.

The Blind Eye

53. Interact with the Sightless Eye.
54. Make your way through the Realm and listen to what Lilith has to say.
55. Interact with Lilith’s Altar once you reach it.
56. Jump through Mephisto’s portal when it appears.
57. Follow the Wolf.
58. Jump off the cliff’s edge.
59. Defeat the bosses Lilith throws at you (bosses you have already encountered and defeated).
60. Interact with the Sightless Eye to exit the place.

What Lies Ahead

61. Speak with Neyrelle.
62. Go down the path and find Neyrelle again to speak with her.
63. Interact with the portal to go through it.
64. Make your way to the Throne of Hatred.
65. Interact with Neyrelle.
66. Prepare for the final battle against Lilith.
67. Be cautious, as Lilith will be level 45 and powerful.
68. The fight has two phases, so be prepared for each.
69. After defeating Lilith, enjoy the cutscene.
70. Pick up your rewards and head through the portal.
71. Speak to Lorath.

Congratulations! You just finished the last Act. 

3. Epilogue

There are no level recommendations for the Epilogue. Simply enjoy the conclusion of the Diablo 4 story.

Promises

1. Enter the Chapel and speak with Lorath.
2. Leave the Chapel and interact with Losef.
3. Defeat Losef and the Knights.
4. Collect Prava’s Decree.
5. Speak with Lorath.

A Heavy Burden

6. Return to the Horadric Vault.
7. Interact with the letter on the table.

Legacy of the Horadrim

8. Travel to Firebreak Manor.
9. Show the letter to Lorath.
10. Watch the concluding cutscene.
11. Congratulations! You have officially completed the main Story.
