Ahavarion, Spear of Lycander is an Uber Unique Staff that has decent affixes and a very unique ability that allows players to get a random shrine buff after killing an elite enemy. However, this effect can only occur once every 30 seconds.
Shrines are pillars that players can interact with to gain temporary buffs for their characters. They can give stat boosts or various special effects, as well as significantly boost kill speed or defense.
