Whisper Caches
Whisper Caches have become another reliable source for rune drops.
World Bosses
World Boss encounters also provide guaranteed rune drops upon defeat.
First Stronghold Clear (Magic Runes Only)
For the first time, clearing a Stronghold will grant players a guaranteed magic rune.
