Players have long been wondering why it’s taken Blizzard so long to add more inventory space to stashes. Both from the initial feedback when the game launched and especially after the poor reception to patch 1.1, it’s been very strange that this most requested feature wasn’t added quickly.
Associate Game Director Joseph Piepiora has now explained why that’s the case, and why we’re only getting 1 additional tab in patch 1.1.1.
The community reaction to this is mixed. Most players are appreciating the transparency, but still wondering why the system would ever work like this. You can find many comments in the thread below.
Hopefully Blizzard can de-couple the stash from the rest and be able to add more space soon.
