A player ran across one of the ultimate RNG singularities, as five Mythic Unique drops in a row were the same one!
Puzzleheaded-Track34 has been farming quite a lot it seems, or just had a huge run of good luck. They got 5 Mythic Uniques to drop, which you’d think would be great. Unfortunately it’s the worst “great scenario possible (well, second-worst, as there are worse Mythics you could get). All they got in those 5 purple drops is basically one 
Doombringer, as they all had just the one basic Greater Affix! Now sure, it’s still 4 
Resplendent Sparks, so two random Mythics to roll for, but that’s some really bad RNG right there!
Luckily, there is a solid build sporting the Doombringer, as Flurry Overpower Rogue, an S tier build for both speed clearing and endgame, has the weapon as best in slot. There’s also Spirit Wave Necromancer and Thorns Barbarian, as both are solid A tier for speed clearing, and the Necro is also very good for boss killing.
We’re pretty sure any of us would trade the “bad luck” of getting the same exact Mythic 5 times in a row for, you know, our regular luck of 0 Mythics for half the season! How have you been doing with your purple endeavors in the past season or two?
