Diablo 4 Hotfixes: June 15th, Part 2


<p>It seems Diablo 4 still has that infinite wave mode! Well, infinite wave bug, anyway. </p>



<p>A while ago we covered the bug, as the Hatred&#8217;s Hoard event in the Seething Realm of the Realmwalker is intended to have a 4-chest reward maximum. However, if you slay enough enemies quickly. Unfortunately, it seems if you exceed that 4 chest limit, you are doomed to farm more forever! Well. or leave. </p>

<p>Now it&#8217;s obvious why the bug hasn&#8217;t been fixed. This is Seething Realm-specific and that&#8217;s not coming back next season. And, considering the &#8220;popularity&#8221; of the whole Realmwalker theme, possibly ever. So if you want infinite monsters to kill, try to proc the Seething Realm event and go for it! </p>


Infinite Wave Seething Realm Bug Still Active


<p>The Slay Ride to Hell goblin event ends today, January 2nd, and it&#8217;s your last chance to claim its rewards! You don&#8217;t have to do anything but head to Kyovashad and the Goblin Square and click the totem! </p>

Last Day to Pick Up Goblin Event Rewards: Mount Armor, Trophies, Ancestrals, and Much more


<p>Players will be able to get the Creeping Shadows Mount Armor Bundle during the event. And don&#8217;t worry, the LAN part applies to online use as well! </p>



<p>NVIDIA  is holding their annual <a href="https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/geforce-lan-50/">Geforce 50 LAN event</a> from January 4th to the 6th. There will be rewards for various games, including Diablo 4. All you have to do to get the mount armor bundle is own an nVidia card from the past 8 years and then play certain &#8220;missions&#8221; within the NVIDIA app or GeForce Experience for 50 minutes. What exactly these missions will entail will be revealed when the event starts. </p>



<p>The Creeping Shadows Mount Armor Bundle comes with the Creeping Shadows mount armor and two trophies, and was priced at 1,600 Platinum. You can check out how it all looks below. </p>

NVIDIA GeForce 50 LAN Event Will Give Out a Free Shop Mount!


<p>We&#8217;ve covered many serious bugs in D4&#8217;s lifetime, and this definitely isn&#8217;t one of them. Sometimes the game just bugs out in funny ways, Bethesda style. </p>



<p>Today we have one such glitch, as a player&#8217;s mount decided that it wasn&#8217;t done running just because its rider dismounted it. <a href="https://www.reddit.com/user/Adameghill/">Adameghill</a> left their mount to do some light monster slaying, when it decided that it wasn&#8217;t yet time to disappear to the mount pocket dimension or wherever mounts go. Instead, it seems to have acquired an invisible treadmill and continued its excercise! </p>

The Diablo 4 Horse Treadmill Bug


<p>We&#8217;ve already seen the tale of when Akarat came to Nahantu, but now Blizzard have posted it in a new and very handy format! </p>



<p>The &#8220;When Akarat Came to Nahantu&#8221; short story has been uploaded as an audio narration on the D4 Youtube channel, making it easy to listen to the tale. It talks about Akarat&#8217;s first journey into the Vessel of Hatred expansion content, how he fought corruption (and specifically Mephisto) there, and his ultimate fate before the events of the expansion. </p>

When Akarat Came to Nahantu: A Diablo 4 Audio Short Story


<p>The Diablo 4 community have done it! The final tier of the goblin challenge has been reached! That&#8217;s 40 million dead goblins! </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Final Rewards</h2>



<p>The final tier of rewards is a pretty good one. Aside from the already awesome Radiant Spark (which you can use to craft Mythic Uniques), we also get 3 Tributes of Ascendance, which have a high likelihood of dropping a Mythic. And by high we mean there are plenty of players reporting getting 2-3 from them! Then there&#8217;s the Harvest Mare&#8217;s Mount Armor, 3 Ancestral Uniques and 8 Ancestral legendaries, some runes, more tributes, and a whole lot of Dark Citadel coins! Just head on to Kyovashad and grab your rewards now. </p>



<p>If you want to craft a Mythic Unique and are wondering how to get that second Radiant spark needed, your best bet is to either kill Echo of Lilith on Torment 1 if you can or get someone to carry you through it. Alternatively, you can finish the Season Journey, as you&#8217;re most likely pretty far along in it if you&#8217;ve been playing the season at all. Tier 5 Unlocked in Slay Ride to Hell Goblin Event: Get Your Mount Armor, Radiant Sparks and Potential Mythic Unique Undercity Tributes!


<p>The community is hard at work exterminating the goblin menace this holiday season! We&#8217;ve already reached 25 million of the treasure hoarders taken out, unlocking tier 4 rewards! </p>



<p>And those rewards entail another, better Treasure Bag, this one filled with three ancestral items and more. Additionally, we&#8217;ve unlocked the Harvest Mare&#8217;s Totem Mount Armor, which you can grab for free in the shop. </p>



<p>There were 15 million more to go when we reached the Tier 4 milestone to unlock it all, so it seems the event will be completed in time! Tier 4 Slay Ride to Hell Goblin Rewards Unlocked: Mount Trophy, Ancestrals and More


<p>There&#8217;s close calls and then there&#8217;s close calls. This one&#8230; was close. A player managed to complete the highest tier of the Pit of Artificers, but almost missed it by less than a second!  </p>



<p><a href="https://www.reddit.com/user/xxzincxx/">Xxzincxx</a> definitely has the right attitude when it comes to timing, as it truly did not matter whether they finished Pit 150 by a minute or, in their case, by much, much less than a second! The probably most dramatic finish to a pit in Diablo 4, and at the highest level, definitely deserves a look! </p>

Patch 2.0.5 Hotfixes: December 19th


<p>Veteran developers behind DIablo I and DIablo II have announced their ambitious return to the genre! <a href="https://www.moonbeast.com">Moon Beast Productions</a>, founded by Erich Schaefer, Phil Shenk, and Peter Hu, has successfully secured $4.5 million in seed funding to create an ARPG that pays homage to classic DIablo gameplay while introducing innovative, dynamic worlds and user-generated content.</p>



<p>The studio plans to reveal more details about their project in early 2025, but the team has already outlined their vision of a highly interactive experience. Schaefer, who served as the lead designer on Diablo I, emphasized their aim to &#8220;go back to what made those early Diablo games feel awesome&#8221; while exploring fresh directions enabled by modern technology.</p>
