Ok, wait, it’s a weird title but it makes sense, honest! We have a player who received their very first Mythic Unique and it was immediately an incredibly rare 4 Greater Affix one! Except, it wasn’t a particularly good one.
Darkjackman165 showed off their paradoxical luck as they got a 4 GA 
Melted Heart of Selig as heir very first Mythic Unique drop. It’s unclear whether that’s referring to the season or ever in the game, but it’s impressive nonetheless.
Unfortunately, Selig’s ticker isn’t the best when it comes to Mythics, and despite the four affixes of a greater nature, it’s still pretty bad. And the community sure let darkjackman165 know it too!

It is a bit of a shame that at least the maximum Greater Affix-infused Mythics don’t salvage into something more than the same one Resplendent Spark as any other. Hopefully Blizzard considers changing this, and then a 4GA would be amazing even if it’s not usable!
