Here’s an interesting look at some drop stats, as CookieDevAuror noted many of their Helltide runs and took a look at just how many of the new Gileon’s Brew elixir dropped and from where.
Get Your Brews While You Can
Gileon’s Brew grants 15% XP, increased heb and crafting material drops and makes enemies take 20% more damage. That’s extremely handy! However, it is a limited time drop during this year’s Midwinter Blight. The event ends on December 3rd, so there is still time to get it.
But what’s the best way to get it?
CookieDevAuror ran the numbers and shared them with the community. You can check out all the details and stats above and an updated version in the google sheet here. The general conclusion from all the data seems to be to farm regular non-Bloodmaiden Helltide enemies to fill up the threat meter. Once maxed, you have a 50% chance to get a Red-Cloaked Horror instead of the usual Hellborne, and they always drop a Gileon’s Brew.
There are many ways to fill your threat meter, you just need a whole lot of mobs. The hell and soulspires are pretty solid in case you’re in a crowded Helltide zone. But there are plenty of other events and just very solid density in Helltides that you may not even need those.
So stock up on those elixirs and hoard them for when you want to push your highest Pit this season!
