Long ago there was a legend of the Uber AKA Mega Butcher, a giant version of the once feared demon. We quickly found out what made him tick, specifically the Avenger Nightmare Dungeon affix, making him grow as enemies die in his vicinity (even when he’s off-screen).
The Return of Big
We haven’t really heard much from him in recent seasons. Whether he just wasn’t showing up or players just weren’t that impressed is unclear. What is clear, however, is that he’s now back, and his Halloween-pop-out-of-shrines version has also been spotted in a very enlarged state! This actually makes his death especially sad, as you can see how he immediately shrinks upon expiring.
This wasn’t the only big Butcher spotting as of late either. We have another player running into mega-Butcher classic as well!
With player power and builds getting quite out of hand (yes, even the non-Spiritborn classes), the Butcher has become much less of a threat and so we don’t really hear from him much. Is it time for a BIG buff?
