How to Obtain the Scroll of Amnesia in Diablo 4
First, you will need a Seasonal character. All Seasonal characters will have access to something called a Season Journey. The journey consists of multiple chapters and each chapter has a list of objectives you must complete. This is free and separate from the Battle Pass, although the challenges you complete for the journey also reward you with Favor, which progresses the Battle Pass.
One of the chapters rewards the Scroll of Amnesia, which is Blizzard’s reaction to expensive respec and the tedium of manually unlearning Paragon nodes. There will be more challenges than needed in each chapter, so you won’t have to clear them all to progress.
You will receive your first scroll from the Season Journey, but we do not know at this time if there will be other ways of getting it. It could theoretically be a very rare drop, perhaps from, the new seasonal boss, or something similar.
