Kurast Undercity is one of the activities that easily gets overlooked, especially now that most of us are too busy farming bosses or running content we know is a sure thing. But lately, some posts on the Diablo 4 subreddit have been shining some light on the “Unique Tribute” for Undercity runs, and the loot potential is definitely worth pointing out.

Melted Heart of Selig, as well as a “Shako” 
Harlequin Crest this way, after using a Unique Tribute to enter Kurast Undercity:
Another player also emphasized how underrated Unique Tributes and Kurast Undercity are, sharing how they got two Mythics to drop at the end of the run:
Of course, it is worth mentioning that RNG is still very much a factor. Some players have had insane luck farming Mythics this way, while others have gone through several runs without anything noteworthy. But that is just the nature of the game.
Is It Worth It?
If you have a few Unique Tributes, running Kurast Undercity can definitely be worth your time. Not only can you land get powerful items, but Obducite Tribute (Tribute of Refinement) runs are also more efficient for farming 
Obducite compared to spamming Nightmare Dungeons over and over. If you have been investing your Smoldering Ashes into Obducite gains, you will also get more value from these runs, which makes them a much better choice than Nightmare Dungeons or even Infernal Hordes.
However, if your main goal is farming Forgotten Altars to unlock Lost Witchcraft Powers, then yes, Nightmare Dungeons remain your best bet until you have collected the powers you need.
