There’s been a lot of talk about Helltides and Aberrant Cinder drop rates and the increased cost of Mystery Chests recently. However, this one player definitely proves it’s still very much possible to get insane amounts of cinders in one Helltide!
Iwfen not only gathered 1424 Aberrant Cinders in 50 minutes, but also held on to them ALL before going for the chests! What was probably the most dramatic final minutes of the Helltide ever turned into 2 Mystery Chests and 6 regular ones. That’s only 76 shy of enough for 6 Mystery Chests! Although that would not be possible even with the biggest Helltide region, as the hour had already passed.
It was all done following a route Iwfen made for themselves going from event to event with their Mendeln Necro. The increased Helltide density from yesterday’s patch definitely helped as well!
