Here’s a mini-tragedy, as a player spent their last two 
Resplendent Sparks crafting a Mythic Unique cache at the blacksmith and REALLY wasn’t happy with the results.
We’ve already talked about some very good luck with the blacksmith’s Mythic caches, as a player managed to get a perfect 4 GA item from it, but now it’s time for the other side of the coin. EndlessssNamelessss got quite the raw deal as they opened the cache to find literally nothing inside.
There are many theories on what actually happened, from the sitting animation messing up the opening to the corner geometry, to server issues. We don’t know what exactly happened, but we do know the end result was no Mythic!
It seems there wasn’t one in the recovery “mail” stash section either. EndlessssNamelessss said they posted a support ticket to ask for the item, so it couldn’t have just been there. Unfortunately for them, Blizzard’s response was to post a bug report for World of Warcraft, so the odds of anything happening there are slim, since, you know, it’s not the right game and all. Other players also reported opening caches and getting nothing. None of them were the Mythic variety, however, so this is definitely the biggest cache-related loss so far.
So if you learn anything from this little misadventure, let it be open your Mythic caches in wide-open fields without chairs!
