In the latest 2.1.1 update for Diablo 4, developers have addressed an issue that has been frustrating a lot of us players. After multiple complaints, the positioning of the altar and boss spawn has been adjusted to make looting easier. Previously, when you quickly killed a boss like Varshan or Andariel, the loot often dropped right on top of the altar, forcing you to click the altar repeatedly instead of picking up the gear, which was especially annoying for controller users.
This tweak, which adjusts either the position of the altar or the boss, has been well-received by the community as a much-needed quality-of-life improvement. It is a small but impactful change that should make the gameplay experience better for many!
