We’ve summarized all the Rogue changes that have been so far confirmed by Blizzard for Season 5.

We’ve taken the data from both DonTheCrown‘s and Rob‘s Season 5 sheets and compiled them into actual class changes. Blizzard has confirmed these changes for Season 5 during the content creator roundtable, but the list is incomplete and we’ll need to wait until the official Season 5 patch notes to have a full list of all changes for each class.
Main Stat Scaling
Rogues will receive 1% damage per 9 main stat (Dexterity) in Season 5. That’s around a 6-7% damage increase.
Skill Changes
- Bonus damage increased to up to 130%.
- Lucky Hit chance increased to up to 20%.
- Enhanced Flurry cap reduced to 25%.
- Advanced Flurry bonus per stack reduced to 10% with a 30% total cap.
- Duration doesn’t increase damage bonus from Enhanced Caltrops.
Paragon and Specialization Changes
Preparation specialization duration increased from 8 to 10 seconds.
- Reworked.
- Now reads: Lucky Hit: Hitting a vulnerable enemy has up to a 60% chance to increase your damage by 1% for 25 seconds, up to 25%. At 25 stacks the bonus remains for 6 seconds then expires.
- No longer excludes elites.
- Duration increased to 10 seconds and damage bonus cap increased to 45%.
Aspect Changes
- Bursting Bones: Scaling with size from Path of Tragoul.
- Reaper’s Aspect: Cooldown reduced to 6 seconds.
Unique Changes
- 130% damage to Crowd Controlled enemies.
- Up to 18% Movement Speed.
- Up to 55% chance for Barrage to cast twice.
- Up to +4 to Barrage.
- Up to +2 to Malice.
- Unique affix chance increased to up to 50%.
- Knockback removed.
- Up to 1427 Maximum Life.
- Up to 300% Ultimate skill damage.
- Up to 15% Damage Reduction from trapped enemies.
- Up to +4 to Aftermath.
- Traps arm 1 seconds faster.
- Up to 275% Grenade Damage.
- Up to 42% Stun Grenade size.
- +1 Energy when a Stun Grenade explodes.
- Up to 8% Cooldown Reduction.
- Unique affix chance increased to 45%.
