Players have encountered a terrifying new version of the Butcher in Season 5!
Blizzard has introduced an upgraded Butcher in Season 5, which you might randomly come across while doing almost anything in the game.
This new version, called the Burning Butcher, is more intimidating than the original. It has more horns, fearsome lava marks on its body, and a lava charge ability.
While playing the new Infernal Hordes mode, Malkoth encountered the Burning Butcher. You can watch the entire fight in the video below.
The Burning Butcher stood no chance against a fully geared Fireball Sorcerer, but it’s nice to see Blizzard updating this Classic villain every so often!
