Certain shrines have been the subject of many community complaints for a while now. Conduit definitely won that particular race and has been the laughing stock of Season 6. Luckily Blizzard have announced a buff to three of the most problematic shrines, including the dreaded Conduit!
Not only are the Shrines getting some numerical buffs to start with, they will also be scaling based on player and Paragon level! This should help Artillery and Blast Wave at least, but we’ll just have to wait and see with Conduit.
