While us Softcore players may have forgotten about just how terrifying the Butcher is, Hardcore players are still very much aware and very much terrified. One player in particular will never forget just how devastating an encounter with the big red one can be.
Handsomesans117 shared their despair. The first death definitely hurt less, although running into the Butcher at level 13 is pretty terrifying in and of itself. The second one is a little more painful, coming in at level 42, but once more at the hands of the Butcher!
As an added bonus, these are the only two times Handsomesans117 has ever dies to the Butcher. Have you had any similarly horrifying Hardcore Butcher encounters?
