The Spiritborn are getting their own empty items!
A long time ago we got a glimpse at the first newly-added Mythic Unique, 
Ahavarion, Spear of Lycander via a weird placeholder item. While the bugged item wasn’t the actual spear, it did use its unique art. Blizzard quickly clarified and removed the item from dropping, but now we have another!

The new Vessel of Hatred class now has its own little anomaly! The Spiritborn-specific glaive weapon type has its mystery item, as GuyIncognit0 found one. And it was in a very specific way too, as a fetish swam event happened during a Whisper, as the player got a “<Character name> is being hunted” chat event and proceeded to be swarmed by fetishes! It seems this very unique event may have contributed to the Unique glaive being bugged:
While the item isn’t exactly usable, it’s definitely a novelty and cool to keep around. It truly is unique!
