One of the most repeated topics on the Diablo 4 reddit since Season 5 launched has been related to Infernal Compasses.
In case you weren’t aware, the compasses are basically the same as Nightmare Dungeon Sigils, just for Infernal Hordes. They open a new run and set the difficulty. Players’ main problem has nothing to do with actual gameplay, however.
Diablo 4 has LONG has a big problem with its inventory. It was the worst at launch and has been steadily improved since then. More and more things were added to the currency/materials tab, but it’s not that simple for others. The fact that the sigils and compasses have specific individual attributes makes it a tricky proposition to stack them. Each has its own stats and stacking them just wouldn’t work as they are now. But there definitely has to be some sort of solution. If they were just added as a currency instead, we could just select which one we’d use from something like the Pit monolith, just for Infernal Hordes.
There’s plenty of possible solutions, but to see a day when the inventory isn’t among the most complained-about things in D4 would really be a great one!
