The new Treasure Goblin event has been live for half a day now and there’s some division in the community on whether the sheer numbers of the little thieves are nearly enough.
Not Enough!
First off we have quite a few comments on goblin density being ridiculous, not only for the very high amounts required to unlock tier 5, but just in general. We have players like the ones below simply not running into any significant change, seeing from 1 to 5 goblins per hour.
Those numbers are certainly not going to be enough to get to the 4.5 million mark to unlock tier 5 rewards.
More Than Enough!
Then there are other players who have met many goblins in their recent travels! It seems the event is really good enough only in Nahantu Helltides. Players there are reporting anything from 20 goblins per Helltide to a crazy 30 per 15 minutes! It’s worth noting that each goblin has a chance to spawn another one on death, and Greed Shrines spawn two at the end of their effect.
So if you want to take part in the event or just want a whole lot of loot, head to the expansion zone Helltides.
