Blizzard recently revealed a few details on the 6 ultra-rare Unique items in the game. Since then there’s been a lot of talk on these extremely powerful gear. Discussion range from just how rare they are to where the best place to farm them would be, and even if it’s worth farming them at all.
We’ve only seen a few reports of any player getting any of them so far. But despite the consensus on them being that they’re pretty much impossible to get (at least until World Tier 5 and/or Season 1 arrive), some players are still set on getting them now. That’s where this awesome Diablo community member comes in!
Where and How to Get Them
Spartun has put together this reference sheet as to where the best spots to farm these 6 Uniques are. Now sure, this only improves your chances of getting them from never-ever-ever-ever to never-ever-ever, but hey, that’s still something! This is based on various sources of information we have on the Uniques and the fact that specific monster families have increased chances of dropping specific item types. The below sheet shows which Nightmare dungeons to go for 4 of the 6 Uniques, as rings don’t have a specific monster family they have a better chance of dropping from, and at which levels.

So, if you’re the most hardcore of the hardcore farmers and have decided to try and get one of these, hopefully this helped! We’d say “good luck” but that’s not going to be nearly enough. It will be interesting to see if these 6 Uniques become easier to get with Season 1/World Tier 5. But until then, let’s see if we can hear reports of more than a handful of these dropping.
