Here&#8217;s a really quick (and surprising) one. It seems the vendors in D4 aren&#8217;t just a <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/news/how-to-easily-get-some-of-the-best-rare-items-in-diablo-4/">great source of potential god rolls</a>, but could also have a legendary waiting! 



<a href="https://www.reddit.com/user/WibaTalks/">WibaTalks</a> got one of these seemingly extremely rare occurrences today and shared it with the community.

 So now you have even more reasons to check out all the vendors around town! They can also have very high item level pieces, up top 825, not to mention the potential for great affix rolls. So whenever you&#8217;re back there just pop in and see what they have and you might get lucky.

<li>Aspect Of Limitless Rage &#8211; Each point of Fury you generate while at Maximum Fury grants your next Core Skill within 5 seconds 9% 8.5% increased damage, stacking up to 128% 15 times.</li>



<li>Aspect Of Anger Management (New) &#8211; While above 40 Fury, you are Berserk, but lose 2 Fury per second.</li>



<li>Executioners Aspect (New) &#8211; Killing an enemy with an Overpower leaves behind an Earthquake at their location, dealing 4% of Weapon Damage Physical damage over 4 seconds. Can only occur once every 4 seconds.</li>



<li>Aspect Of The Fortress (New) &#8211; For every 10% Life you are missing, gain 5.0% Damage Reduction.</li>



<li>Aspect Of Ancestral Echoes &#8211; Lucky Hit: Damaging enemies with Leap, Upheaval, or Whirlwind have up to a 60% chance to summon an Ancient to perform the same Skill. Can only occur once every 5 seconds.</li>



<li>Steadfast Berserkers Aspect &#8211; Lucky Hit: Up to a 35% chance to gain Gain 2206 Fortify whenever you deal direct damage while Berserking.</li>



<li>Earthstrikers Aspect &#8211; After swapping weapons 8 times, your next nonBasic Skill will Overpower and deal 30% increased Overpower damage.</li>



<li>Wanton Rupture Aspect &#8211; Your Rupture does not remove the Bleeding damage from enemies. This can Can only occur once every 25 15 seconds.</li>



<li>Aspect Of Forward Momentum (New) &#8211; Knocking Back an enemy grants you 40% Movement Speed for 3 seconds.</li>

<li>Violent Upheaval &#8211; If Upheaval damages at least 2 enemies or a Boss, you gain Berserking for 2 3 seconds, increased to 3 5 seconds if it damages at least 4 enemies.</li>

Huge Barbarian Changes in Diablo 4 Season 5

Blizzard has introduced another new QoL (quality-of-life) feature on the current PTR for Season 5. The handy, yet comprehensive, in-game guide is easily accessible from the same menu as most other options (ESC) and can be a great guide and game-changer for beginners of the genre or just players who are new to Diablo 4.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Good Changes Coming in Season 5</h2>



We&#8217;ve highlighted the significant quality-of-life improvements from the Diablo 4 Season 5 PTR mentioned in the video below:

<li>Combat Text Options: In the game settings, you can now reduce screen clutter by choosing which specific numbers to display.</li>



<li>New Codex Icons: The codex has been updated with new icons and colors.</li>



<li>New UI &amp; Sounds: Mythic (Uber) Uniques now have a new sound effect and beam when they drop, making them instantly recognizable.</li>



<li>World Bosses: These have been made tougher, making fights more engaging.AI Improvements: Monsters are now more aggressive.</li>



<li>Other Quality-of-Life Changes: Whispers in Helltides have been consolidated, and tempering options have been improved.</li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Issues and Concerns from the Season 5 PTR</h2>



<ul>
<li>World Boss Rewards: Despite being more difficult, world bosses offer little reward, making them less appealing.</li>



<li>Rerolling System Costs: The high cost to reroll items is a significant issue, especially for casual players.</li>



<li>Quest Pacing: Some quests feel slow and tedious.</li>



<li>Class Balance: Barbarians and Sorcerers seem unbalanced, with Barbarians being particularly overpowered on the PTR.</li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Infernal Hordes Feedback</h2>



The Infernal Hordes is a new wave-based endgame feature coming in Season 5, revealed during the<a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/news/diablo-4-season-5-campfire-chat-june-21st/"> latest Campfire Chat</a>. It has 8 tiers of difficulty and you can earn 10 uniques and 20 legendaries from it.



<ul>
<li>Event Design: The event feels boring due to its slow pace and lack of engaging boons/banes.</li>



<li>Rewards: The rewards do not justify the time and effort required.</li>



<li>Access to the Event: Compasses used to access the event need to drop more frequently.</li>



<li>How to Improve?: The mode could be enhanced by making boons and banes more impactful and adding more density and dynamic elements.</li>

Season 5 PTR Hotfix Notes: June 26th

A player has defeated Uber Duriel 8 times and found 3 Shakos! 



While many of us struggle to get even one Uber Unique this season, <a href="https://www.reddit.com/user/hotchillieater/">hotchillieater</a> had some &#8220;twisted&#8221; luck, defeating Uber Duriel 8 times and looting 3 Uber Uniques. But here&#8217;s the catch—each one was a <a href="#">Harlequin Crest</a>!

The Luckiest Unlucky Drop: 3 Uber Uniques from 8 Duriels, All Shakos

Diablo 4&#8217;s upcoming Season 5 will bring an exciting change to the game: the possibility to re-summon bosses without having to leave the dungeon, reset, and go back in!



You can already test the function on the PTR if you are playing on PC via the Battle.net Launcher. After defeating a boss, you can directly use the required materials to re-summon the boss without ever leaving the dungeon!



However, as user nfoote on Reddit mentioned, Duriel&#8217;s bodies don&#8217;t seem to disappear between summons, so you could end up totally buried beneath a pile of Duriel corpses!

Of course, we don&#8217;t know if this is just a PTR bug or if the bodies will stay the same throughout Season 5, but it would be funny if Necromancers could use all of those Duriel bodies to their advantage. However, it is more likely just not working as intended.

Blizzard has decided to keep the Season 5 PTR up and cancelled the previously-announced down time.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Codex of Power Icons &#8211; Before and After</h2>



The Codex of Power always had a rather bland look; all the icons were the same, no matter the class or the aspect. There was no visual way to distinguish different legendary aspects outside of their names.



However, during the current Season 5 PTR, we noticed that all legendary aspects registered in the Codex now have different icons! As you can see in the second image below.

A specific icon now identifies each legendary aspect, representing the aspect&#8217;s power. For example, the <a class="icy-gtnbrg-link" href="#"><img decoding="async" data-tooltip-name="Aspect of Arrow Storms" class="icy-gtnbrg-tooltip-img" src="https://static.icy-veins.com/wp/static/d4/latest/images/aspects/offensive.webp" alt="Aspect of Arrow Storms">Aspect of Arrow Storms</a> for Rogues now shows a cloud of arrows raining down. This gives a clearer picture of the many aspects and their powers!



And, while it is not the most important change for Season 5, it is still a noteworthy update and well-appreciated, as it makes the <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/legendary-aspects-codex-of-power-guide/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Codex of Power</a> easier to read! This will make it easier for everyone to navigate the codex and find a specific aspect.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Elixir of Antivenin on the PTR</h2>



On another topic, Blizzard has spiced up the PTR with a special treat: the <a class="icy-gtnbrg-link" href="#"><img decoding="async" class="icy-gtnbrg-tooltip-img" src="https://static.icy-veins.com/wp/static/d4/latest/images/icons/2DInventory_Consumables_11.webp" alt="Elixir of Antivenin">Elixir of Antivenin</a> has been made available to all characters on the PTR and should help with testing!

Normally, you would have to go on a <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/news/game-changing-secret-double-elixir-pit-strategy-unveiled-boost-your-life-by-15/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">quest to unlock this flask</a>, but the PTR simplifies things: you can craft it directly at the Alchemist. What is exciting about the Elixir of Antivenin is the 15% life boost!

The Codex of Power Finally Receives a Visual Update!

We have quite the big one today! We&#8217;ve already taken a look at the officially announced items coming with the Season 5 PTR, but today we have the (for now) full list of Uniques and Legendaries coming with the new season.



Blizzard mentioned there will be over 50 new pieces of gear coming with the full S5 release and <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/new-unique-items-and-aspects-ranked-diablo-4/">our new guide</a> has 53 of them covered. We have 15 new Uniques, and here are the 4 new ones found since the official preview.

All four of the newly datamined Uniques are available to all classes, and you can <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/new-unique-items-and-aspects-ranked-diablo-4/">check the full list here</a>. 



The Endurant Faith gloves are of particular interest, as they turn big hits on the player into a 4-second Damage Over Time effect instead! No more 1-shots! There&#8217;s also a nice combo of two Uniques for basic skill builds, so let&#8217;s dive in.

The bigger expansion of the already seen items is definitely in the Aspects. We have 22 new datamined Legendaries to check out, and here&#8217;s a short overview. We don&#8217;t have exact numbers for the damage ranges, but all percentages are in there. 



All of the general ones that any class can use are new since the official announcement, so let&#8217;s see these 7 first. 



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="all_classes">All Classes</h3>



Aspect of Creeping Death – Offensive



<ul>
<li>You deal&nbsp;[5.0 – 20.0]%[x]&nbsp;increased damage over time to enemies for each different Crowd Control effect they’re afflicted by.&nbsp;Unstoppable&nbsp;enemies and&nbsp;Staggered&nbsp;Bosses take&nbsp;[10 – 40]%[x]&nbsp;increased damage over time from you instead.</li>
</ul>



Aspect of Inevitable Fate – Offensive



<ul>
<li>When an enemy falls below&nbsp;35%&nbsp;Life while afflicted with any of your damage over time effects, an explosion occurs every&nbsp;7&nbsp;seconds, dealing&nbsp;[x – x]&nbsp;damage for each element they’re afflicted by.</li>
</ul>



Aspect of Sly Steps – Defensive



<ul>
<li>When you would accumulate&nbsp;50%&nbsp;of your Maximum Life lost, you automatically cast an equipped&nbsp;Defensive,&nbsp;Subterfuge&nbsp;or&nbsp;Macabre&nbsp;Skill before receiving damage. Can only occur once every&nbsp;[30 – 45]&nbsp;seconds and cannot cast&nbsp;Mobility&nbsp;Skills.</li>
</ul>



Aspect of the Dark Dance – Resource



<ul>
<li>Every&nbsp;5&nbsp;seconds, your next&nbsp;Core&nbsp;Skill costs&nbsp;[x-x]&nbsp;Life instead of Primary Resource. Will only occur if you have at least&nbsp;60%&nbsp;of your Maximum Life. Skills that consume Life deal&nbsp;80%[x]&nbsp;increased damage.</li>
</ul>



Aspect of the Prudent Heart – Defensive



<ul>
<li>After being damaged for at least&nbsp;20%&nbsp;of your Maximum Life at once, you become&nbsp;Immune&nbsp;for&nbsp;[2.5 – 4.0]&nbsp;seconds. Can only occur once every&nbsp;20&nbsp;seconds.</li>
</ul>



Sticker-thought Aspect – Utility



<ul>
<li>Gain&nbsp;[x-x]&nbsp;Thorns while Channeling and for&nbsp;3&nbsp;seconds afterwards.</li>
</ul>



Wildbolt Aspect – Utility



<ul>
<li>Every [2.0 – 3.5] seconds, Distant enemies are Pulled In to you and take 10%[x] increased damage for 3 seconds.</li>
</ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="barbarian">Barbarian</h3>



Barbarians get three new Aspects, in addition to the one already revealed, with a sort-of-free Berserk as well as this one which adds even more defense to the class. You can <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/new-unique-items-and-aspects-ranked-diablo-4/">find the full list here</a>.



Aspect of the Fortress – Defensive



<ul>
<li>For every 10% Life you are missing, gain [1.0 – 5.0]% Damage Reduction.</li>
</ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="druid">Druid</h3>



Druids get 3 new aspects in addition to the one already revealed, with these two being particularly powerful and and pushing Wolf Companions way up in power. 



Moonrage Aspect – Offensive



<ul>
<li>Kills have a&nbsp;5%&nbsp;chance to summon a&nbsp;Wolf Companion&nbsp;to your side for&nbsp;[20 – 35]&nbsp;seconds. This effect is a&nbsp;Lucky Hit&nbsp;against bosses. Maximum&nbsp;3&nbsp;additional wolves. In addition, gain&nbsp;+3&nbsp;Ranks to&nbsp;Wolves.</li>
</ul>



Spirit Bond Aspect – Defensive



<ul>
<li>[10.0 – 17.5]%&nbsp;of the damage you would take is redirected across your&nbsp;Companions. Your&nbsp;Companions&nbsp;cannot die.</li>
</ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="necromancer">Necromancer</h3>



Necro&#8217;s actually got a solid number of Aspects already revealed, but we did dig up three more, with this free double curse being particularly interesting, with two more buffing minions <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/new-unique-items-and-aspects-ranked-diablo-4/">you can check out here</a>. 



Aspect of the Cursed Aura – Utility



<ul>
<li>You automatically Curse enemies around you with Decrepify and Iron Maiden. Curses inflicted this way spread to surrounding targets every [0.2 – 2.5] seconds and last 4 seconds outside of the aura.</li>
</ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="rogue">Rogue</h3>



Rogues also got 3 new reveals in this dataming pass, with some +skill points, extra dameg to Chilled or Frozen enemies, and this big Crit Damage boost to Inner Sight. You can <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/guides/new-unique-items-and-aspects-ranked-diablo-4/">find the full list here</a>.



Aspect of True Sight – Offensive



<ul>
<li>You deal [70 – 100]%[x] increased Critical Strike Damage to enemies marked by Inner Sight.</li>
</ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="sorcerer">Sorcerer</h3>



Same as everyone else, Sorcerer&#8217;s get 3 new ones in our datamining pass. We have triple elements, with a Burning damage proc, a random Lightining zap, and this Freeze trigger. Winter Touch Aspect – Offensive



<ul>
<li>When you Freeze an enemy, you deal [x-x] Cold damage to them. This effect is treated as a Frost Skill.</li>
</ul>



 And that&#8217;s all the Uniques and Legendary Aspects coming to Season 5! At least that&#8217;s what Blizzard have told us so far, as they announced over 50 coming, and our datamining revealing 53.

All 53 Diablo 4 Season 5 Uniques and Legendary Aspects

Blizzard have posted a couple of posts related to PTR updates, from a planned server downtime to the state of Pit bosses. 



First off we have an announced server downtime for Tuesday, June 26th in the PDT morning, as issues with the new Infernal Hordes seasonal activity keys need to be resolved. The downtime is scheduled to be short.

We will be taking down the Season 5 PTR late tomorrow morning PDT to apply an update to address some items related to Infernal Compasses and Abyssal Scrolls.
We will have notes up in the morning. This will help out players that have reported some issues related to both of these items.
We expect this downtime to be pretty short and we will have an exact time on the downtime tomorrow morning.

This is indeed bugged. We found the issue after the reports. We will probably not adjust this in the PTR but please note that HP will be tweaked down for the Season 5 release.
