A Realm Reborn Sightseeing Log
The Sightseeing Log for the base game is split into 2 parts with the first 20 entries being required to unlock the remaining 60. For the first 20 vistas, you need to complete the quest A Sight to Behold by speaking to Naoh Gamduhla in New Gridania (11.8, 13.4).
None of the vistas in A Realm Reborn require flight, however it speeds up many of the vistas that used to be jumping puzzles. Each vista also has both time and weather requirements which must be followed. You will be unable to complete the vista if you do not use an emote within the specific time and weather windows.

Once all 20 have been completed, the final 60 can be unlocked by speaking to Millith Ironheart in Old Gridania (10.7, 6.0)

A Realm Reborn Vista's 21-80
Vistas 21-80 have been split into smaller groups to improve readability but there are no unlock requirements or restrictions that would force you to only stick to one group of vistas.
