Phantom Relic Weapon Guide in FFXIV

Phantom Weapons are the level 100 Dawntrail Relics. Once fully upgraded, these relics will be best-in-slot for each respective job at the end of the expansion.

Like previous Relics from Stormblood and Shadowbringers, this series has additional side content tied to it that you must progress through to obtain your weapon, though the option to progress them outside of this content remains.

Unlocking the Relic Weapons

Little is currently known about these relics beyond them being linked to the new Occult Crescent Field Operations content being released in patch 7.25. In the most recent Live Letter, it was stated that the first step of the new relics would be "some sort of drop when you clear some sort of content." Beyond this, specifics are unknown and will remain so until the release of Occult Crescent.
