This set uses the crafted gear available in 7.05, utilizing Advanced Melding to maximize the amount of stats we can have to take into Savage prog. This set uses skill speed food and several skill speed melds to reach a comfortable 2.40 GCD. This set is generally recommended for those with average to high ping, or those that want a faster GCD, and requires late weaving No Mercy every time it is up to hit 9 GCDs within its buff.

This speed requires pressing No Mercy exactly on cooldown every time it is up to maintain alignment with party buffs. This will result in No Mercy being early weaved for the odd minutes and late weaved for the even minutes, ensuring 9 GCDs in No Mercy during the even minutes, but only 8 GCDs in No Mercy during the odd minutes. If you cannot play on 2.45 due to ping, but still want to play a slower GCD set, you can replace a single Skill Speed meld with Direct Hit to play at 2.46. 2.46 plays similarly but is slightly more forgiving on the timing of No Mercy being affected by ping.
