Earning Reputation with the Moogle Beast Tribe in FFXIV

The Moogle tribe in the Churning Mists is located at Bahrr Lehs, where the Moogles have been given the order to restore Zenith to its former glory through crafting. To learn about what tribes are and what their quests are about, visit our tribes hub.

The Moogle tribe is one of the tribes of Heavensward. They are focused on Disciples of the Hand. Their currency is the Carved Kupo Nut and these can be traded in for rewards. There are two other tribes in Heavensward, and you can learn about them by visiting the HW tribe hub.

In order to unlock Moogle daily quests, players must have completed the level 56 main scenario quest He Who Would Not Be Denied. In addition, they need to complete three separate sidequest chains. First, players must complete quests from Mogleo in The Churning Mists (x29.7, y35.3) after completing the level 54 main scenario quest Moglin's Judgment. It is highly advised to unlock flight in the Churning Mists prior to doing these quests.

After this quest chain, players must start the second chain by talking to Mogloo in the Churning Mists (x30.1, y36.3).

The last chain starts at the Unfliching Temple Knight in Ishgard - The Pillars (x11.5, y11.0).

After completing all these quests, they can take the quest Tricks and Stones from Seething Stonemason in The Churning Mists (x27.2, y34.5) to unlock the Moogle beast tribe!

The Moogles starts off at Neutral rank and maxes out at Bloodsworn rank. Once you complete the Heavensward Allied Beast Tribe quests, they will automatically be upgraded to Allied along with all other HW beast tribes.

The Moogles are focused on crafting. There are no special requirements to craft Moogle beast tribe items - simply progress the quest and craft the required items from the Beast Tribe Quests tab in Special Recipes for the class you accepted the quest on. Materials are autoamtically given to the player, and can be replenished by talking to the quest NPC.

After completing the first main quest, players unlock daily quests. Upon reaching max reputation for the rank, a new main story quest becomes unlocked which ranks up the player. Doing so will unlock new daily quests. Moogle quests employ a system called quest sync, which matches the difficulty of quests to the player's current level. Players must complete the quest on the job they accept the quest on.

These quests are unlocked upon reaching the sufficient rank.

While ranking up unlocks new daily quests, only three quests are offered each day. However, after ranking up players will immediately have access to the three new quests from the new rank.

Neutral quests are offered by Mogek the Marvelous, and reward 50 reputation each. Players will cap reputation in 1 day of 3 daily quests. These quests also offer 20 elemental crystals as a reward.

Recognized quests are offered by Mogek the Marvelous, and reward 50 reputation each. Players will cap reputation in 3 days of 3 daily quests. These quests also offer 20 elemental crystals as a reward.

Friendly quests are offered by Mogek the Marvelous, and reward 50 reputation each. Players will cap reputation in 4 days of 3 daily quests. These quests also offer 20 elemental crystals as a reward.

Trusted quests are offered by Mogek the Marvelous, and reward 50 reputation each. Players will cap reputation in 5 days of 3 daily quests. These quests also offer 20 elemental crystals as a reward. Beginning from Trusted rank, players will be rewarded with 2 Carved Kupo Nut from quests.

Respected quests are offered by Mogek the Marvelous, and reward 50 reputation each. Players will cap reputation in 7 days of 3 daily quests. These quests also offer 20 elemental crystals as a reward.

Honored quests are offered by Mogek the Marvelous, and reward 50 reputation each. Players will cap reputation in 9 days of 3 daily quests. These quests also offer 20 elemental crystals as a reward.

No new quests are offered once players reach the rank of Sworn, and players will cap reputation in 12 days of 3 daily quests. Beginning from Sworn rank, players will be rewarded with 2 Carved Kupo Nut from quests.

Players can exchange their Carved Kupo Nut with Mogbul Mogbelly. In addition, players can purchase items with gil. More items will be unlocked after increasing your reputation. The vendor also sells assorted crafting and gathering gear.
