Vath Tribal Quests

The Vath tribe in the Dravanian Forelands is located at Loth ast Vath, where the Vath Deftarm and his comrades require your tutelage to become master adventurers. To learn about what tribes are and what their quests are about, visit our tribes hub.

Overview

The Vath tribe is one of the tribes of Heavensward. They are focused on Disciples of War and Magic. Their currency is the Black Copper Gil, and these can be traded in for rewards. There are two other tribes in Heavensward, and you can learn about them by visiting the HW tribe hub.

2.1.

How to Unlock Vath Quests

In order to unlock Vath daily quests, players must have completed the level 53 main scenario quest Lord of the Hive. They can then take the quest The Naming of Vath from Vath Storyteller at The Dravanian Forelands (x24.0, y19.7).

2.2.

Reputation

The Vath starts off at Friendly rank and maxes out at Bloodsworn rank. Once you complete the Heavensward Allied Beast Tribe quests, they will automatically be upgraded to Allied along with all other HW beast tribes.

Vath Quests

After completing the first main quest, players unlock daily quests. Upon reaching max reputation for the rank, a new main story quest becomes unlocked which ranks up the player. Doing so will unlock new daily quests. Vath quests employ a system called quest sync, which matches the difficulty of quests to the player's current level. Players must complete the quest on the job they accept the quest on.

3.2.

Vath Daily Quests

While ranking up unlocks new daily quests, only three quests are offered each day. However, after ranking up players will immediately have access to the three new quests from the new rank.

Friendly

Friendly quests are offered by Vath Keeneye, and reward 70 reputation each. Players will cap reputation in 3 days of 3 daily quests.

Trusted quests are offered by Vath Keeneye, and reward 70 reputation each. Players will cap reputation in 4 days of 3 daily quests.

Respected

Respected quests are offered by Vath Keeneye, and reward 70 reputation each. Players will cap reputation in 5 days of 3 daily quests.

Honored

Honored quests are offered by Vath Keeneye, and reward 70 reputation each. Players will cap reputation in 7 days of 3 daily quests.

3.2.5.

Sworn

No new quests are offered once players reach the rank of Sworn, and players will cap reputation in 9 days of 3 daily quests.

Rewards

Players can exchange their Black Copper Gil with the Vath Stickpeddler. In addition, players can purchase items with gil. More items will be unlocked after increasing your reputation. The vendor also sells assorted crafting materials.
