It's just the way Shadow is at the moment unfortunately. We are ranked as one of the lowest dps classes. Your ilevel is only slightly lower than my shadow priests. I had the best gear in our raid team by quite a margin for some time and I am rarely top dps in single target fights. Do some comparisons to fights like Horridon though and you'll see we can shine sometimes!

So not only are Shadow Priests one of the lowest ranked dps classes now we are going to take a bunch more damage too, THANKS BLIZZ! I know the argument is we are a multi purpose class but then why do Monks, Shamans and Druids all have a dps spec in the top 10? Oh hold on, I get to cast Leap of Faith on targets behind me? That's all right then.. *sigh* On a more positive note, I can't wait to try out The Proving Grounds. No more people hurling abuse when you die with an audience in Brawler's! Now I get to die in private!!!
