[Weakauras] Progress Bar with custom timed duration

Anyone in here who can explane how to do it without linking the encoded string? (my WA is off an older version that cant read it) My trying to make a progress bar that counts down from 45 sec and triggers when i summon my water elemental. There is no buff connected to the water elements Life spand. Any suggestions?
