As far as tier set slots, for Havoc the best T21 pieces are: Cloak, Chest, Hands and Legs. So neither Raddon's or Delusions will occupy 'optimal' tier slots. Now, which is better? Both are better. :O. It's going to come down to type of fight, fight length, and potentially what other gear you have. I mostly use Raddon's since they are so close, but I do use Delusions on some fights for various reasons. Where I use Delusions and why: Garothi: Fight is short, extra meta wins Portal Keeper: I go up the portals, and I can usually line up a meta on each portal. If I stayed

Good feedback on your logs already given. As far as your original question, when is Raddon's worth using and how many adds. My take on it is this: For me my DPS is so close between Raddons and Delusions that it does not matter and can come down to RNG. If the fight is short enough that I need shoulders to fit in a second meta, that tiny bit of extra DPS means nothing for the fight, other than personal ego on logs. And realistically, what made the shoulders *so* powerful with T20 was not so much the extra meta, but the metas always lining up with nemesis, chaos blades and 2nd Potion

I would agree on Belf for arcane torrent, and having crit all the time rather than the silly sometimes crit sometimes haste thing. But, it really isn't a choice, and depends on which faction you play with.

As far as I know haste should have nothing to do with Demon Blades proccing. It can shorten GCD though which is nice. Currently I have 42% crit and 18% haste. With my trinket procs, it ends up being a *lot* of haste. Is it optimal? No. Versatility would be good. But hey, it's not like you go shop for your gear picking out stats, you get what you get. Unless it's really close, I tend to go with ilvl on gear. But, Demon Blades should work just fine with lower haste. Personally I prefer at least 8 - 10% haste minimum, but I go with what I have at the time. The change to Demon Blad

I guess I could have worded that a bit more clearly. I cannot get a throw glaive and 3 - 4 chaos stirke during a momentum. I can get 3 - 4 chaos strikes or a throw glaive and 2 - 3 chaos strikes. Right now timing is working out that I do a throw glaive every other momentum (Bloodlet uptime and throw glaive recharge). The reason I can get the extra CS in is due to trinkets is mainly due to the Bloodthirsty Instinct trinket, which procs a lot with a good uptime (Usually 50% or so). As far as haste levels, I find 10% to be comfortable with that, currently running at 15% (Just because

There is no absolute point where crit has diminishing returns, that is going to depend on gear and talents. So, there is no absolute point. But, when you look at what crit does, there is a general area, where you know it's value is going to diminish vs other attributes such as versatility or even haste. Why? What does crit doe for Havoc? Well, it adds more damage. Even more importantly, it refunds fury for more chaos strikes/annihilates during momentum. But, when you hit a certain point, say 45% crit, you are going to hit that in that window of momentum darned near as nearly as

Well, Demon Blade vs Prepared (Demon Bite) depends on gear, so that would make sense. At 5% haste you should still be able to get 3 chaos strikes/annhilates in reliably. The biggest factor there will be your aiming, you will have no time to move in to range. But there is time for 3 GCDs in momentum.
-
I found about 10% haste was the sweet spot for getting 3 chaos strikes off reliably, 4 with good trinket procs. The bigger issue I had was running out of fury if they did not crit, so I put some AP in to getting higher fury cap. I also run with Demon Blade, which fills fury fast. You should *not* throw glaive during momentum in Meta, just annihilate (Or Fury of the illidari, but that will happen only once during meta). Outside of meta, then throw glaive during momentum, and it should work out to every other momentum to keep bloodlet up.

I do not really like generic "How much DPS should I be doing" type numbers. Better to go to warcraftlogs and use the compare function and then you can really see what can/is being done on a fight basis.

This was my approach to solidifying my rotation and DPS as Havoc. I spend most of my time tanking as I am one of the main off tanks in my guild as well as one of the main tanks for Mythic+ runs. After my first night actually running a raid as Havoc, I found I had to up my game in a hurry, and since I do not get to spend a lot of time outside of raid in Havoc, I had to be effective about my how I did this. The first thing I did, was simplify. I found I was overthinking rotation priorities and really missing out on a lot of DPS. So I dumped all of that, and went back to the basics, to g

I sim and get more DPS using Demon Blades than Demon's Bite (Although I do not spam CS unless in a momentum window). It felt odd at first, but once I got used to it, I like it.
-
If you correct what Locky mentioned, you will be using chaos strike as often as you should. Outside of having momentum up, your priority is building up fury either with Demon's Bite or Demon Blades. Once you have enough fury, trigger momentum and chaos strike (Should have enough time for 3 - 4 depending on haste). I had a similar situation coming in the first week on raid, and I took it step by step correcting one problem at a time rather than trying to correct everything at once, and it does not take too long to bring it together taking that approach. There are really two major i

No, Bloodlet is still the way to go for now. The original nerf as mentioned was down to 100% on Bloodlet, but modified to be 150% instead. The other part of the original nerf was -30% to Throw Glaive, which also was removed. At this point, Bloodlet is still stronger than Felblade. Felblade would probably be fine if it were just changed to chaos damage so could take advantage of mastery, no need to buff it's damage or add a debuff component to it.
-
I put some in to extra fury, and don't regret it. I found it irritating even with 45+% crit just how often would only be able to get two Anhilates in on a momentum. Especially since I got lucky on first legendary and it was the happy ring, and fury fills up fast.

There is hope that they will reconsider this according to a WarcraftDev tweet over the weekend. I agree that some of the AOE burst needed to be toned down, but it seems heavy handed and not a great way of doing it since the changes kill ST so much also.
