Thok the bloodthirsty
Basically this fight is an obvious nuke fight. I definitely suggest taking xuen for max single target deeps. When ur raid pushes next phase ( we pushed to 18 cries ), instantly pop your copy on thok and start nuking the jailor. When it dies your raid should wait with opening cages until kiting the boss becomes impossible. Use this time to carefully chase the boss around using tigers lust and dpsing the boss from behind. Stand clear of the boss though when his fixate runs out! Just rinse and repeat.
