Hi All, I have a related question and I would like your feedback I am currently using Normal Blackiron Micro Crucible (665) + Heroic Darmac's Unstable Talisman (680).. I also have in my bags Copeland's Clarity (665) and Mythic Quiescent Runestone (685) I am going serv/serv for ST and Syn/Cata for 2+ Do you think I should keep using BMC + DUT? As @Paracel said BMC is raw power, but QR is 20 ilvl diff... I dont really know what to do, some advice would be greatly appreciated Thanks all

Statue on stands is awesome The Butcher: The Cleaver skill doesn't apply the DoT when dodged, keep up Elusive Brew while targeted by boss. Fortifying Brew for last 30% hp - Frenzy phase. Brackenspore: Diffuse Magic and/or Guard for Necrotic Breath. I wouldnt glyph Guard because he still melees hard during Necrotic Breath. Tectus: It's all about positioning, make sure you are always aware of range position so you dont enclose them. As always with every fight that has adds, abuse Touch of Death to maximize dps. I know what you mean, but i wasn't talking about gameplay only. Let me rephrase the question, how do you think a monk would help the raid the most? By dpsing, tanking or healing?

So, in your opinion, which of the 3 specs will be the way to go in wod? Let's say I would like to play as a monk regardless if is tanking, dpsing or healing.

Hi NoamNatan, If I were you I will at least reforge over 5100 spirit and to the 1st haste bp which is 3145. Here use these weights: http://www.askmrrobot.com/wow/gear/f5255f0d-0248-474a-b948-1dc9448638e0 Just click on the "Enable Reforge-Only" for now, until you get higher ilvl gear. Regarding fistweaving, stay out of it at the moment, is pretty hard to manage your mana efficiently without the leg meta. Also I wouldn't take Chi Burst, take Chi Wave instead. I would probably switch Chi Torpedo for Xuen as well (use it pretty much on CD on as many adds as possible... you will see

Something to consider also.. where you under the influence of timeless isle buffs/shrines/flask? Was he? If the Aff lock was and you weren't, that could've probably influenced Just a thought..

I follow Brewmonksta rule of thumb: Use the highest haste breakpoint you can get, without going under 40% crit raid buffed

Hi Tanka Belle, A good Add-On I use for pretty much everything is WeakAuras. When monk tanking is specially useful for tracking stagger, shuffle, CDs, Elusive Brew, almost everything. Here you can find a good guide to Weak Auras for monks http://sunniersartofwar.com/brewmaster-weak-auras/ ... I've read in some forums, I believe it was MMO-Champion, that there is a good brewmaster addon that does this too (but to be honest I find no need of switching Weak Auras for that with Sunnier's strings). Hi Tarazet, A couple things regarding this: I want to clarify to everyone that these weights are not straight avoidance focused. The main objective of using them is to balance crit and mastery, have a nice stamina/agility ratio and take advantage of socket bonuses (this is probably what is generating confusion, but is easily changed by erasing dodge/parry/armor weights). Second, IMHO I dont know if you can say that there is a general good or bad way of gearing for all tanks, since each class have their own unique way of playing. I agree with you, I think at the end is all a matter of opinion and everyone should play the more comfortably they can. There is a very small difference on the gear when you make the changes I suggested

Hi all, I'm going to try to answer everything here... 1. I think this weights will help for those BrMs that are: a. In 25M and dont have any dmg taken problem. By balancing crit and mastery they can still maintain their damage taken smoothness, while making more dmg = guarding raid more b. In 10M but are currently undergeared (or with undergeared healers) and find themselves too spiky. c. Since this is a more "forgiving" build, I find it very useful for those who are not used to BrM tanking, whether they are starting or, like me, is their off-spec and are

Hi all, So I've been messing around with AMR a little bit and I got to these weights, finding them pretty useful for all-around BrM tanking. I tried to focus on a balance build, not too much Mastery nor Critical. Please give it a try and let me know if they worked for you and what you think. Of course on "Haste Soft Cap" put whatever you feel comfortable with. Also, I tried to do a 1.5xSta > Agi ratio. If it helped and you are using it, you are welcome. Hi Szensa, I have a noob question here.. why are you using the 7k haste bp? is it so you can regen energy faster and use your chi builders more often, leading to more active mitigation? If this is the case, is it better to loose that crit (aka elusive brew)? And one last question.. is this bp with or without ascension? (or is the same?) However, if you find yourself ooming no matter what you do, try setting a spirit cap.. (go to "SPIRIT SOFT CAP" enter the amount you'll like (it shouldn't be more than 8000) go to the weights section and set "Spirit(to 8000)" to 0.6) thats it! Hope it works,
