Deadlylocks

So I am to the point where I am looking to squeeze out that little bit of dps that I am missing and I am to the point where I need some help from you guys. At what point stat wise is haste ok? I'm sitting at a 732ilvl. My mastery is 2743 and haste is 2479. I have 2 pieces that I could swap out that would increase my ilvl to 733, intel up by 25, mastery up 120, and crit by almost 400. But the haste would drop from 2479 to 2001. Right now I am using a H DSI with a socket and M IRP. I have a heroic class trinket and a MWF UGoS with a socket in my bags. Suggestions?

Ok, so I was looking at the new alchemist trinket Stone of Fire and was wondering if it would be worth it for a lock to pick one of these up. I am currently in heroic 6/10 BRF progression, 7/7 heroic HM, and 1/7 HM Mythic.

Learn something new every day. I thought the extra tics were added on the end making it last that many more tics making the up time of the dot longer per cast

Dots wouldn't tick faster just have extra ticks on the back end, right? And yes, the fear cast time would decrease the more haste you have

I would have to say Mastery. I have yet to do much pvp on my lock yet, but Mastery: Potent Afflictions increases the damage by your Agony, Corruption, and Unstable Affliction. Haste lowers the GCD and give extra ticks on dots. Wouldn't you go for more burst damage than less sustained damage? Just my opinion though.
