Balance power tracker is the most legit way to track ur eclipse status, its simple and makes sense, just my opinion though, u shud definetly try it out for urself.

Keep stacking crit for awhile yet, the legendary meta will help fill in the void wen ur hard casting thru eclipses. Use ur crit to carry ur dmg until u can hit 10289 haste without sacrificing any gem slots because gemming crit shud be ur focus, especially if ur lacking any of the tier set bonuses.
