Going to play a fire mage. Chaining 7-8 pyros in row seems fuun and i guess my favourite npc mage is khadgar :P

then what im doing wrong with my rotation to be that low on dps

So ive been using skada for 5.4 and i was doing more-less same dmg as i should as frost mage with PC after buffs. That means, being at top 5 dps. In numbers that would be 24k cca. Later i decided to update skada and my dps at skada was waaaay lower. Roughly 5k less dps. So what do you think whats more accurate, ofc it should be the newest skada but its just doesnt fit into new frost's sims and according to wowprogress personal sim i do 25k ( as old skada saying). What should i do? Is my real dps really that lower than as expected or what? Any input would be cool, thanks in front. Edit

its like we are playing totally different game. How the hell u can get more than 6k combustion? i do excatly the same for big ignite and with raid buff most i did get is 6k.

Still not buying it. I checked some of my old logs like 2 months ago on IJ and it says i did burst 1M and thats total crap. Just to mention it was before patch . My highest burst with this gear was on blackfuse 900k on flexi. Besides malkorok hc aint pure single target due adds

How much u guys can burst as frost mage? im having a discusion with some random guy whos saying its possible to burst 1,5M with bis gear SINGLE target im saying theres no way, but i want to be sure if theres anyone sick enough to go over 1,1M?

Dont know about u guys but i cant reach 19k haste without wasting socket bonus, and i have 584 ilvl. I tried it and for me its dps loss

@topic starter i serioulsy hope u were joking and noone of us can see ur sense of humor Let me ask you one question if uve been serious about this; What IF everyone would do what u reccommend for example, not closing rifts, or go for prisons, tell me what would happen?

if u do less dps than guys with same ilvl, that might be cuz u have normal weapon and normal PboI. Be aware thats ur most important dps boost items.
