Okay fwiw - hubby bought me the epic pre purchase - and I still don't have my character boost. So no its not immediate, they are apparently taking their time with it or some such. A bit annoying because my hubby said "So what are you boosting?" Went to go look, and not there. Also I suddenly feel like a wow Karen. Good luck and may you get it when you can.
