Awesome, thank for the follow up. I'll try out crystal, and see how I go. Since it is better damage, it'll be worth me sucking ti up and using it. My next guild raid is tomorrow (tonight, now) so I'll spend the day on the dummy getting it embedded in muscle memory.

I feel like such an idiot. So, on a pull for example, prepot > Arcane Power > PoM > AB till AP wears off > Evo then AB x4/Missiles/Barrage until AM is up again? Glyph has been removed, played with a dummy before and after, noticed a slight increase, and I'm sure it'll make a big difference in a raid setting. Also tried the burning, felt a bit weird, but I'll get used to it. Thanks for your reply!

Back on topic, before I discovered this site, I used AMR for all my toons. For the casual player, just doing norm SoO, the quick and dirty AMR suggestions were perfectly fine. Load in your toon, and bam - gems, reforges and chants in a easy to understand layout. Okay, after a point was raised by Berlinia, regarding my use of ElvUI, I wanted to find out how to remove the aura icons in ElvUI, but keep only the aura bars. Hey Berlinia! /salute I would love to get rid of the icons, and just use the bars, that works for me, as I find it easier to keep an eye on a text bar rather than trying to remember icons in the heat of wipes battle. Unfortunately, I don't know how to stop Elv showing the icons as well as the bars. Since that screen was taken, I've made my unit frames, and thus the aura bars, transparent. Hey guys, thank you for taking the time to reply. I'll look in to warcraftlogs.com today, but the log I linked I was aware of until after I'd raided, someone else in the group had logged it on WoL. We did the 3-tank strat for Shamans, and the tank that had Kadris was quite a fan of moving, so I used IW so I'd have some buff rather than casting RoP then moving again half a second later. As a relatively new rogue (Sub, by the way - so much awesome!) from reading this I get the impression that rogues are by far and away the best class ever for raiding...crazy dps, avoid nearly every mechanic, and then, when raiding gets boring, gankfest inc on Torture Isle Edit: Timeless Isle ;)
