My question is basically stated in the title. I understand the concept but I am not sure of the optimal times to refresh my bomb on a target. I would assume that I want to refresh immediately after proccing say a big INT trinket and also just before that buff falls off? This seems like it might be getting a bit heavy on GCD usage so I wanted to pose the question here. Any insight is greatly appreciated!
