Does that mean you delay Serenity until after the TeB+FoF?

Hey, I just picked up a Scabbard of Kyanos, and had some questions about delaying cooldowns of various abilities to line up together. If I'm not using Anger Management, then I have Ravager, Bladestorm/Bloodbath, and Dragon Roar/every second Storm Bolt at 1 minute, Scabbard at 1:30 and Recklessness at 3 minutes. So they line up nicely, sort of. Do I delay my 1min cooldowns to line up with scabbard? Or do I just use them all on the next Colossus Smash after they come off cooldown? Then, with Anger Management, my 1 min cooldowns are approximately 40s, and recklessness is approximately 2 minutes

The best advice anyone could give you would probably be to sim both sets of weapons, and see what happens. In case you didn't know, you can make changes in AskMrRobot, like reforging or regemming, then export the results to SimCraft without having to spend tons of gold changing everything. You can even sim what a new upgrade would do for you. If you don't know how to use either tool, there are tons of resources out there that can walk you through the basics. The SimC wiki on their Google Code page is really useful, I find.

What's changed since the hotfix? Because Mendenbarr did the 580 BiS profile on the 7th of January and DW Frost was still on top. Are we talking single target fights or multitarget? According to his SimC results, 2h Frost and Unholy are really close in single target, but DW Frost is still 10kish ahead. Unholy has been king of AoE for a while now, and the hotfix was a good 8% increase, too. Ok, thanks. I'll try and work on getting my KM usage a little more towards obliterate, and my Blood Plague uptime above 95%. And as for the pure Str gems, they're in there because when I gemmed those pieces, the sims had str at slightly more than twice as valuable as the other secondaries. And Jagatron, perhaps I should clarify. I've read the Icy-Veins frost DK guide so I'll be a little more explicit: Keep Diseases up -> Soul Reaper when below 35%, Howling blast only with a Rime/Freezing Fog proc, which makes it free -> Obliterate whenever it is available -> Frost strike to keep R

Hey guys, I've been gearing and playing my DK more recently, and I've been noticing that my DPS is really inconsistent. Some fights I'll be pulling about 120k, which is near enough to where simcraft says I should be, but others I'll be hitting only 100k, or 80k. I was wondering whether that was just familiarity with the class, and muscle memory for the rotation, or whether it was something I actively need to change.
