Hi guys, Been reading multiple forums here and there, but i haven't really come across any pre-raid gear lists, are there any lists with gear to go after before the raids open in WoD out there? I'm mostly interested in what the best warlords-crafted gear would be for Rets, so i can still swap professions now if needed. Hope you guys know a bit more about this!

What would you think is best for single target, to stick with mastery or go crit instead? I know mastery is really strong for AoE but i'm not entirely sure if I should go with mastery or crit for singletarget (and then would 40% or 50% haste be best?).

As you can see i haven't done any optimizations because of lacking of time. Sorry. That's actually not as bad as i expected it to be. Thanks for simming it!

What ratios did you end up with (aproximately) for single target? Haven't really used SimC yet myself so if i'd go and sim around a bit now i'd mess up for sure lol. Who are you calling the top ret? I checked a bunch of the best rets that i know off but none of them was going full crit, most were hovering somewhere between 800-1000 stats reforged / gemmed into crit, so nowhere near 'full' crit.

But anything less than real time isn't any good for raiding so i guess i'll just have to download something like SUF then, i prefer doing as much as possible in WA so i can easily backup the strings, but a few exceptions wouldn't hurt. Obviously i'm not gonna follow a set rotation on progress bosses, but it's not like all i do is fight progress bosses, maybe 10% of my raiding is on those bosses. I just want to push my DPS as far as possible on the other bosses as well, and that's why i asked for the optimal rotations, so i can get everything running around that rotation. If i'm currently using wrong rotations and i don't get an answer on my questions i won't know this and i'll keep doing less DPS than i should, and the whole point of this thread is to push my DPS further on all types of fights. Guess i was doing that wrong then, but i'm not necesairly worrying about filling to 5 HP, i was more worried about what if i keep getting procs even when i've already gotten that many procs that i'm HP capped at that point, but i guess it's best to just continue HoW'ing and using the procs as fillers even if that means 'wasting' HP. Other than that i've got a few last questions: What would be the priority of HP generators during AW? (As fillers between the HoW uses.) What would be the priority of spells when AW isn't up? I think i read something about the priority changing while Streng

So what you're basically saying is that if i'm at 5 HP and i can use HoW i should use it so i can then use TV while it's on cooldown to not waste a single HoW during AW? If so, what would you suggest i'd do in situations where i have the 4 part proc + 5 HP up and HoW as well, would i then use HoW (1 HP wasted), 4 part proc, HoW (2 HP wasted), TV and then start the rotation again? Might seem like an situation that you shouldn't be in too much but i tend to get procs when i'm on singletarget fights so it happens more often than not for me.

We usually oneshot everything up till Siegecrafter so that's not a problem for us anyways, pushing over the mobs a little faster probably helps us more than pushing Galakras itself down a few seconds faster, we don't have any issues with that phase anyways. Might of course be different depending on how your guild kills Galakras in the last phase, but we never had issues with not enough single target DPS in there.

Here is the log from tonight´s raid, it was a bit of a disaster at some points seeing as one of the 2 main tanks had to quit due to RL issues, so we had a few wipes here and there (backup tank hadn't tanked in a while so had to get the hang of some fights again). I only use my DS when it procs (either singletarget or multiple enemies) or without a proc if 2+ enemies are up, this includes slimes on malkorok and stuff like that when they're pulled into the middle. So, single target i'm only using DS when it procs, other than that i always use TV on single target, i'm gonna log on warcraflogs myself tomorrow if i don't forget and upload the logs again, because i'm having my doubts about worldoflogs right now with everyone saying i've got low TV damage and low HoW damage while i'm using them the right way (afaik). That my inq. uptime is a lot low

During AW: HoW - Filler - How - Filler - HoW - TV - HoW Unless if a DS proc is up, then i use that one first and then TV . I pretty much use HoW on cooldown so i have no idea why it's so low, i'm gonna have to keep an eye on that then. And same goes for TV usage, not sure how that one can even be low, especially on single target, it's basically the only way to spend HP when Inq is up. So i'm a little bit confused by how this is possible, guess i'll at least be reforging so i go slightly over the 17.000 rather than below to be safe. Checked it out, so by the looks of it Exo h

I should have stated that better; I only use it when there are no other HP generators up and i'm below 5 HP. But other than that, any idea what i'm missing / doing wrong?
