You absodefilutely need some kind of addon that can dynamically update a castsequence macro for your totems, unless you want to go crazy in pve. TotemTimers for example. I think Yatabar can do it too. What I mean by that is to update a macro depending on what totems you choose in your totem bar so you can stomp them in sequence using one button.
